Located just 5 miles from Disney World, Grand Palms Condominiums is perfect for that Disney vacation getaway. This is a newer, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that is completely furnished, making you feel right at home. Also, this unit is fully wheelchair accessible throughout. Located in Kissimmee, just off of US Highway 192 on Linfields Rd., you are close to all the Florida theme parks and attractions. For a great Florida vacation and a comfortable stay, Grand Palms is the perfect place for your Disney vacation of a lifetime!

The living room has a sofa bed and love seat. It has a 25" color TV with a VCR. Leading off the back of the living room is a screened in patio with a view of the tennis court. Just a few feet over from the tennis court is the heated swimming pool and hot tub. There is a full family oriented video collection for those relaxing evenings.	Living room
Kitchen	The kitchen comes fully equipped with all large appliances, blender, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, disposal, and eating utensils. The dining room sits off to the right of the kitchen with place settings for 6. There is a closet full of family board games for those rainy days.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with 2 nightstands and a full dresser. It has a 19" color TV and VCR.. Off the master is a full bathroom for your convenience. . The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed with 2 nightstands and a 13" color TV with a VCR. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, 13" color TV with a VCR, and for the kids a Sony Playstation 2 with games. A $100 deposit is required within 5 days to secure reservation. We accept Bank Check, Money Order, Personal Check or PayPal. It must be in US funds only. Balance is due no later than 14 days prior to reserved dates.
