Deposit, Refund and Cancellation Policy


Deposit

      A $100 deposit is required within  5  days  to  secure  reservation. We  accept  Bank Check, Money Order, Visa or Mastercard. It must be in US funds only. Unless there has been prior arrangements, checks must be in the exact amount or check will be returned and  no  reservation  will  be  made. Balance  is due  no  later  than  14  days prior to reserved dates. Forfeiture of reservation and loss of deposit will result if balance is not received by this time. This will be strictly enforced so please get funds in as early as possible.

Refund/Cancellation

       A  full  refund  will  be  given  only if trip is cancelled  no later than 30  days prior to reserved  dates. A  50%  refund  will  be  given  if  trip  is cancelled  15-29 days  prior to reserved dates. NO REFUND will be  given if  trip is cancelled less than 15 days prior to reserved dates. It is recommended that you take out trip insurance, especially if there are health conditions that may affect arrival. Please note that we want to make your vacation a pleasant one. Should you need to re-schedule your trip we will be more than happy to try and accommodate your request. There will be a small $10 fee for processing the change if there  is  an  available  date  to  your  liking. All of the above  conditions  still  apply  on re-scheduled dates.


 
      Diverse Property Mgt. has the right  to change  the  Deposit, Refund  and Cancellation policy at any time without notice. Changes will not effect those that have already reserved and agreed to the terms that were in effect at the time of reservation.
