Rental Terms of Agreement

Terms of Agreement

By renting this condominium unit you agree to the following terms:

1.) You agree to have a credit card imprint taken or swiped by owner or property management company, as a form of security. This will be kept for the duration of rental period only, and is used to protect owner from any damages, abuse or theft. You also understand that your credit card will be charged for such damages, abuse or theft regardless of cost. What constitutes "damages, abuse or theft" shall be determined by management company. For long term rentals see separate Rental Agreement. Terms of Agreement and Rental Agreement shall be considered one complete contract.

2.) You agree to treat unit with respect and to honor all requests by owner and property management company in regards to the rental of this unit. This is a non-smoking unit. Please smoke outside in the enclosed patio. Also pets are strictly forbidden.

3.) You understand and agree that owner and management company are not responsible for any accidents that may occur and release owner and property management company from any claims of liability. Condominium has met all state requirements. Owner is licensed in the state, county and city, and must pass certain safety requirements to be licensed. This is proof to you, the renter, that everything has been done to insure your safety and well being.

4.) You agree to honor all rules and safety requirements of condominium complex, for your benefit and others.

5.) You agree to the check in and check out procedures set forth by the management company and understand that this is strictly enforced due to time restraints. these times are found on the confirmation paper.

6.) Third party rentals are strictly forbidden. You are reserving the unit. You may not in any way rent, lease or loan unit out to any other person. You are required to be present during the rental period. If you can not be present during the rental period, you must contact us, Diverse Property Management, so that appropriate changes can be made. Check in will not be permitted in any other way.

Diverse Property Mgmt. has the right to change the Terms of Agreement policy at any time without notice. Changes will not effect those that have already reserved and agreed to the terms that were in effect at the time of reservation.
